  • Added on the platform the Instagram Comments (Beta) channel, which allows Instagram profile comments to be answered on the agent screen or automatically through the flow.


2 - Improvement


  • Added the possibility to enable Gupshup's OPT-IN directly on the agent screen and updated the way to enable Gupshup's OPT-IN on the administrative screen.
