5936 - Difficulty finalizing contacts in the monitoring dashboard has been fixed;
6222 - Punctual failure to close a contact in the monitoring dashboard has been fixed;
6583 - Difficulty making active contact through the BSP 360dialog has been fixed;
6590 - Failure that disconnected the admin when trying to unpause the agent has been fixed.
