- 8969 - Fixed a behavior error that impacted the duplication and creation of additional fields when importing batch send contacts.
- 8909 - Fixed chat behavior between agents that constantly went to the top of the conversation when exchanging messages with other agents.
- 8658 - Fixed channel filter in the conversation history on the agent screen.
- 8356 - Adjusted the behavior of the "privacy" filter in the audit report.
