- Audio Interaction with STT (Speech-to-Text): Now, when enabling STT on the platform, the customer can interact with the flow via audio. The audio transcript will be sent to the flow, allowing actions such as choosing menu options, filling in data and interacting with GOgenier and other components via audio. All components that allow text interaction will also be available for audio interaction.
- New Events in Push Notifications - Agent 2.0: We have updated the push notification server to include new events: contact entered hold, agent received service transfer and agent received contact on hold, maintaining the existing functionalities and ensuring the correct sending and receiving of notifications.
