  • Image carousel in Webchat: It is now possible to view an image carousel in Webchat. Each card in the carousel can contain an image, a title, a description, and a button. The carousel is created using a template in the message component, allowing customization of the text and button ID for different purposes.
  • Default away message when paused: From now on, the platform will no longer send the default away message when an agent is paused. Previously, a default message, "The agent {{AGENT}} is paused!", was sent automatically, with no possibility of editing or deactivation. With this update, if the administrator does not configure a custom away message, no message will be sent to the customer when the agent is paused.

  • 11375 - Fixed issue where audio messages sent in channel calls did not reach the contact.
  • 10716 - Fixed issue where messages sent by an agent appeared on other agents' screens.
  • 11326 - Fixed difficulty in forwarding audio messages on the agent's screen.
  • 11431 - Fixed failure to display message templates for teams with template restrictions on the agent's screen.
  • 11370 - Fixed failure to configure restricted team on new active contact.
